CUSTOM PHOTO DESIGN ADD-ON FOR ACRYLIC KEEPSAKES

This listing is for a CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICE ONLY.

This listing does NOT include an acrylic keepsake, necklace, LED base, or any other physical product.

It is an add-on for customers who are purchasing one of our eligible acrylic keepsakes and would like the standard person or pet shown in the original design replaced with THEIR OWN loved one or pet.

WHAT YOU ARE PURCHASING

With this add-on, you may submit a photo of your loved one or pet to be incorporated into the artwork for your acrylic keepsake.

For example:

• Purchasing a pet memorial acrylic and want your own dog or cat featured instead of the pet shown in the standard design? Add this service.

• Purchasing a memorial acrylic for a loved one and want their photograph incorporated into the design? Add this service.

The physical acrylic keepsake must be purchased separately.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Purchase the acrylic keepsake you would like customized.

2. Purchase this Custom Photo Design Add-On.

3. Submit the photo you would like us to use.

4. Your photo will be incorporated into the selected acrylic design.

5. You will receive a WATERMARKED proof of your custom design for approval before your customized artwork is submitted for production.

6. Your purchase includes up to TWO revision rounds if changes are needed.

7. Once you approve your custom design, the final artwork will be used for your physical acrylic order.

PHOTO REQUIREMENTS

For the best result, please submit the clearest and highest-quality photo you have available.

Photos should preferably:

• Clearly show the person or pet you want featured
• Be well-lit when possible
• Not have the face or important features heavily covered
• Be the original/highest-resolution version available when possible

Older or lower-quality photographs may still be submitted. Please understand that the quality and detail of the finished design can depend on the quality of the photo provided.

IMPORTANT

Purchasing an acrylic keepsake does NOT automatically include custom photo artwork.

You MUST purchase this Custom Photo Design Add-On if you want the person or pet shown in the standard acrylic artwork replaced with your own person or pet.

If this add-on is NOT purchased, your acrylic order will be created using the STANDARD ARTWORK shown in the original product listing.

Please purchase BOTH the physical acrylic keepsake and this Custom Photo Design Add-On when you want custom photo artwork.

PROOFS & REVISIONS

A watermarked proof will be provided for your review.

Your Custom Photo Design Add-On includes up to TWO revision rounds.

Please review your proof carefully and request any necessary changes before giving final approval.

Once you approve the design and the physical product has been submitted for production, additional design changes may no longer be possible.

CUSTOM DESIGN FEE

This listing covers the custom artwork/design service only.

If, after the two included revision rounds, we are unable to create a custom design you are comfortable approving, the CUSTOM DESIGN FEE may be refunded.

This applies only to the Custom Photo Design Add-On fee.

Any physical product that has already entered production is subject to the terms of the original product listing and our Return & Refund Policy.

PLEASE REMEMBER

CUSTOM DESIGN ADD-ON = Your own photo incorporated into the artwork.

ACRYLIC KEEPSAKE LISTING = The actual physical product.

If you want BOTH the physical acrylic AND your own person or pet featured in the artwork, BOTH listings must be purchased.
